The class starts and ends at the contracted time. If you arrive late, this time cannot be made up or extended at the end of the session. On busy days, traffic jams and delays may occur in accessing Baqueira. That's why we recommend planning your trip in advance and, if you rent material with us, picking it up at our Vielha store the day before.

No. The mountains are part of learning and you have to know how to function in different conditions. Rain is not a reason for cancellation and a good snowfall, much less so. We will only cancel a class if the station does not open or if the teacher, together with Anthony, considers that the conditions do not allow us to offer the activity with the safety and quality that we demand.

It is the option designed for families or groups of friends who want to have a teacher exclusively for them throughout the day. We can adapt the day completely to the group: from accompanying you as a guide to discover Baqueira Beret to working on initiation, technique or improvement with different ages and levels. In Baqueira, the meeting point is at the exit of the gondola. In Beret, we will meet in the ticket office area. When confirming the reservation we will tell you all the details so that you can arrive at the meeting point without problems.

We understand that each student may have their own perception of their level, but the teacher's technical criteria will determine the composition and dynamics of the group.

In a collective course we cannot guarantee that all students have exactly the same sensations, rhythm or perception of their level. The teacher will organize and adapt the session according to his professional criteria and the general needs of the group. Refunds will not be made because a student considers that he or she is above or below the assigned level. Yes. The use of a helmet is mandatory in all BASE NORTE classes. If you don't have one, you can rent it directly from us before hitting the slopes.
