Ski equipment
Whether you're just starting out or already have experience, we help you choose the right skis for your day. In the shop we go over your choice of boots and equipment with you before you head to the resort.
Rent your full set and arrange pickup in Vielha. We select the right size and adjust the bindings using the details needed to prepare your skis. If you already have part of the equipment, you can ask about renting just the items you're missing.
The standard range is aimed at skiers looking for comfortable, easy-to-handle equipment to get started or enjoy the slopes. The premium range offers different options for skiers who want more response or to try new sensations.

We prepare kids' equipment according to each child's size and level. We advise you on choosing boots and skis so they arrive at their day on the snow with the right equipment.
Snowboard equipment
Choose your snowboard equipment for Baqueira-Beret with help from our team. We advise you on board, boots and bindings, taking into account your experience and the kind of runs you want to enjoy.
You can book the full set or ask about renting items separately. In the shop we check your boot size and set up the bindings to suit your needs before handing over the equipment.
The standard range is an option to get started or keep building confidence. If you want to try higher-end equipment, ask about our premium options and their features.
Model changes during the rental are subject to availability. Ask us if you'd like to compare different boards during your stay.
We also rent snowboards with the Step-On system: strapless bindings that work with compatible boots. We show you how to step in, check the binding is locked and step out before you use it.

Snowboard Step-On
A snowboard system with quick strapless bindings, designed to step in and out more comfortably without giving up a firm hold on the way down. It's an ideal option if you want to save time at the start of each run, avoid constant adjustments and move more smoothly all day on the slopes.
COMPLETE YOUR GEAR at BASE NORTE
You can rent a jacket and pants together or separately. Check the available sizes and book the clothing you need for your stay.
We have snowshoes with poles and rental accessories such as helmets and goggles. Tell us your dates and the number of people to check availability.

FOLLOW THESE STEPS
Contact BASE NORTE on WhatsApp and tell us how many of you there are, your rental days and whether you need skis or a snowboard. Have each person's height, weight and shoe size ready to help us prepare the equipment.
We're at Av. deth Pas d’Arrò, 10, Vielha. Pickup is at the shop before you head to Baqueira-Beret. We'll arrange the handover details with you and check that your equipment fits properly.
We also sell Baqueira ski passes in the shop, so you can leave with your equipment and ski pass ready without queuing at the ticket office.
Equipment must be returned before 18:30 on the last rental day. If you expect to be late, let us know so we can organize receiving and preparing the equipment.

Of course! In our Vielha workshop we tune up your skis and board so you can enjoy every run again. We do waxing, edge sharpening, base repairs and snowboard binding checks and repairs, plus custom adjustments to suit your level and feel. Want a thorough tune-up? Our Complete Premium combines base, edges, waxing and a general check. Bring in your equipment and tell us what it needs! Equipment must be returned before 18:30 on the last rental day.
If you're going to be late, let us know. We understand there may be traffic or unexpected delays, but we need to organize the workshop's work to check and prepare each set before the next rental.
If equipment is returned outside opening hours without prior notice, a charge of €10 per set will apply.
When you book, you'll receive the rental contract conditions by email, which detail the amounts that apply in case of loss or theft.
During the rental you are responsible for the equipment assigned to you.
Normal wear and tear is part of renting. Damage caused by misuse is not.
If the equipment is damaged through misuse —for example, going off-piste and hitting rocks— you will have to cover the cost of the repair.
If the damage can't be repaired, the amount stated in the rental contract conditions will apply.
No. We don't ask for a deposit.
When you book, you'll receive and accept the rental conditions, which set out responsibility for the equipment in case of theft, loss or damage through misuse.
The Standard range is comfortable, reliable equipment, perfect for enjoying the resort without complications.
The Premium range plays in another league: higher-end skis and snowboards with more response, better performance and different options depending on your level, terrain and riding style.
If you ski or snowboard with some experience, Premium isn't just renting equipment: it's choosing what you want to feel that day on the mountain.
We also like to think of it as an equipment test.
With the Premium range you can try different skis or boards during your stay and, if you like, switch models from one day to the next to compare sensations, find out what kind of equipment works best for you or even try something you're thinking of buying in the future.
